What’s New

The content on “Developing Leaders with a Universal Leadership Competence Model ” is now available organised as a course. This allows you to track your progress through the material – as in the screenshot below.

The course can be accessed via “Courses” on the main menu or at this link.

The Developing Leaders Resource has been added to with material on the remaining three of the 19 constituent competences, and a Conclusions video. The three additional competences available are:-

Under the Focus on Results theme:-
